Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of Esprio ("Esprio: Brain Games & IQ Test"), published by INDIGATE LLC. They supplementApple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies. By using the app, you accept both.
The app
Esprio offers short brain games, a daily session picked from your results, an IQ test and progress statistics. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, under the App Store usage rules.
Games, scores and the IQ test
- Esprio is for entertainment and practice. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.
- The IQ test gives an estimated score for fun. It is not a validated psychometric assessment and should not be used for any official, educational, medical or employment decision.
- Improving at the games means getting better at the games. We make no promise of effects on intelligence, memory or health in everyday life.
- Suggestions from the in-app coach are generated automatically and may be imperfect.
Friends, rooms and fair play
- Nicknames and room names must not be offensive, impersonate someone or contain personal information. We filter some words and may remove a name or a room that breaks this rule.
- Challenges and live rounds give every player the same questions. Using tools or scripts to answer for you is not allowed; we may remove the scores and suspend access.
- Only share a room code or your friend code with people you want to play with.
Subscriptions
- A daily session and some games are available without a subscription. All games, unlimited sessions, the detailed IQ test result and the coach require an auto-renewable subscription.
- The subscription is offered as an auto-renewable yearly subscription, with a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers, or as an auto-renewable weekly subscription. Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by country.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase or, with a free trial, when the trial ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless they are canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
- Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Acceptable use
Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the app or its content, automate play to manipulate scores, or use the app in a way that breaks the law or Apple’s rules.
Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or always available, and we are not liable for indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend access if these terms are seriously breached.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the publisher is registered, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
